Doug Lautermilch, P.Eng.President & CEODoug Lautermilch was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Gemini Corporation on June 29, 2009. Doug obtained an MBA from the Queens School of Business in 2000 in advanced studies in Leadership, Innovation and Change in Global Business. He is a Professional Engineer with a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary (1987). In addition, he earned a Technology Diploma in Industrial Electronics from SAIT in 1978. Doug brings to Gemini over thirty years experience in both Engineering and Field Services businesses. |

Carl D.W. Johnson, P.Eng.Executive ChairmanCarl Johnson founded Gemini Engineering Ltd. in 1982, which was a predecessor company to Gemini Corporation. He has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over 35 years focusing on engineering, design, and project management services for various types of production facilities. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and is a Professional Engineer. He was appointed as a director of Gemini Corporation when the company went public in 1999. |

Robert P. Brookwell, B.Comm, CMAExecutive Vice President & CFORob joined Gemini Corporation in 2005 and has over 25 years of business experience in senior management positions within a number of different industry sectors. The past 20 years have been spent with companies listed on both the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. His primary areas of expertise span all aspects of corporate services with particular emphasis on finance, accounting, operations management, information technology and human resources. As Executive Vice President, Rob plays an integral part in the strategic direction and development of the organization as well as assisting all operations in their ongoing efforts to enhance business practices. Rob obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary and is a Certified Management Accountant. |

Michael Ostapiw, P.Eng.Vice President, Integrated SolutionsMichael Ostapiw is a professional engineer with more than twenty years of increasing management responsibility. Over the past five years, he has held senior positions within the service sector concentrating on In-situ Heavy Oil development. This enabled him to gain extensive experience in managing integrated teams focused upon client deliverables and schedules on larger projects. In his previous roles, Michael has been responsible for seamlessly combining engineering, construction and fabrication resources to drive joint accountability for project success. His background and experience is ideally suited to provide the direction and guidance necessary for Gemini to continue refining its integrated solutions approach and achieve long-term growth utilizing this service delivery model while still remaining focused on stand-alone fabrication and construction services. |

Marlene Quiring, CMADirector, Business ServicesMarlene Quiring joined Gemini Corporation in 1992 as Controller and has recently moved into the role of Director, Business Services. She has been involved in the oil and gas service industry since 1979 with increasing levels of responsibility. Her principal role is to lead the business improvement initiatives of the Corporation, as well as to provide support and assistance to the Accounting team. Â Marlene obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Saskatchewan and is a Certified Management Accountant. |

Glen RobertsVice President, Corporate DevelopmentGlen brings 25 years of industry experience in various roles. These companies range from the end user to E&P, EPCM and other fortune 500 corporations involved in the energy industry and other major conglomerates. Glen oversees HR Organization Development; Business Development and Marketing and Corporate Communications. These departments involve key initiatives and will focus on building a cohesive, consistent leadership. Glen has been heavily involved in coaching and leadership and overall change management functions which will assist the senior executive team in their forward thinking strategies and will also bring a diversified scope to the Gemini management team. Glen will be responsible for developing and implementing overall corporate leadership and direction for all business units. Glen contributes to the total customer interface promotes long term loyalty while exceeding customer’s expectations. |

Dwayne BoettgerGeneral Manager, Maintenance SolutionsDwayne came to Gemini with the acquisition of Carey Welding in 2005. Dwayne managed Carey Welding for 15 years and continues to manage the Maintenance Solutions business unit from the Fort Saskatchewan operations. Dwayne has certifications as a Power Engineer, ABSA Welder Examiner, CWB Welding Supervisor, Alberta B Pressure Red Seal Welder, and Picker Operator. His 40 years of experience in the Heavy Industrial Petrochemical Industry brings a solid understanding of the needs of Gemini’s clients when they are planning and executing shutdowns, emergency maintenance repairs, and construction projects in operating plant environments. |

Norm Glover, P.EngGeneral Manager, ConstructionNorm has over 15 years of experience in the construction of petroleum refineries, power plants and SAGD facilities. Norm recently moved back to Canada and joined Gemini in Calgary in 2007. Norm's experience in multi-discipline, large scale construction projects will accelerate the construction division's acquisition and successful execution of larger projects wtih increasing diversity. |

Kumud Dutta, P.Eng, CMQ/OEManager, Quality AssuranceKumud attained his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1978 from India. He is a Professional Engineer and Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence from American Society for Quality. Kumud has 31 years of experience in various fields of Quality Control and Quality Assurance and has a desire to take Gemini’s Quality Assurance to a new level. His experience covers a broad range of industries that include refineries, petro-chemicals, fabrication, EPCM and technical auditing. He is qualified as National Board pressure vessel & boiler inspector, ASME authorized inspector and ISO-9000 lead auditor. Prior to joining Gemini he was with “ABSA” the regulatory body for pressure vessels and boilers in the province of Alberta as a “Senior Inspector” and “Pressure Equipment Integrity Management Specialist” for eight years. Kumud joined Gemini in 2006. |
