Gemini conducts pre-mobilization activities that include home office quality control planning, rigorous cost and schedule procedures, ready for fabrication and field construction audits, safety planning, required tool and equipment audits, the creation of field installation work packages, and site infrastructure planning.
Gemini has a dedicated procurement team for fabrication and construction to ensure on time delivery of materials. Gemini utilizes an in house materials management system for material control throughout the construction lifecycle that begins at project estimating and expedites at various stages of construction including purchasing, receiving, production, testing and shipping or final installation.
Our construction abilities include structural steel erection, module installation, mechanical and rotating equipment installation, piping installation, electrical and instrumentation installation, insulation, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

Gemini’s experienced staff promises a smooth transition from planning to execution. Gemini planners are familiar with Microsoft Project or Primavera systems. Routine Plant Maintenance
Gemini contracts local support for our clients operations on an as needed basis which ensures timely completion of projects. Gemini offers flexible supply agreements with cost advantages to our clients. In keeping with our client’s expenses, Gemini supplies experienced and skilled workers for the scheduled tasks.
